No. The service is for stable patients, such as wheelchair users, the elderly, post-surgical patients or those in ongoing treatment, who need to get to appointments, exams, sessions or hospital discharge in comfort and safety. For mobile ICU services, we refer the client to specialized partners.
Do you board wheelchair patients without having to transfer them to a seat?
Yes. Our vans have a hydraulic lift and belt anchoring so the patient stays in their own wheelchair throughout the trip, with no need to be lifted by hand or to fold the chair.
Does the driver wait for the patient during the exam or appointment?
Yes. This is one of the most common requests: the driver waits at the hospital for the duration of the procedure and takes the patient back home in the same vehicle. No new booking, no new wait.
Can a companion or relative come along?
Yes, at no additional cost. On van trips there is comfortable room for up to two companions. Just let us know when booking so we can reserve the seat.
Do you operate outside business hours, late at night or on holidays?
We operate 24 hours, every day of the year, including late nights for fasting exams, weekends and holidays. Just book at least a few hours in advance.

How does the package work for those in ongoing treatment (dialysis, chemo, physical therapy)?
We set up a fixed route with the same driver, same time and same vehicle for the week's sessions. The family books once and the patient is then picked up on a recurring basis, at a reduced rate per session.
How do I schedule the patient's transport?
By WhatsApp, phone or email. For scheduled trips, we recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance. For same-day hospital discharge, call as soon as you receive the expected release time.
