Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 18 seats
For the full band, dancers, stage technicians or production crew. A dark-gray 2025 Sprinter with 18 seats, comfortable seats, zoned air conditioning and space for instrument cases and the tour's carry-on luggage.

For the artist's inner circle, close team or small production crew that needs to travel together with privacy. A 2020 V-Class in black, an executive minivan for up to 7 passengers, individual seats, climate control and a chauffeur trained in discretion.

Yes. A large part of our operation is welcoming artists and bands who land at JK Airport for shows at Mané Garrincha, Nilson Nelson, Arena BRB, Funarte or the National Theater. We coordinate arrival, transfer to the hotel, travel during soundcheck and the return to the airport the next day.
Does the chauffeur sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. All chauffeurs assigned to artist transportation sign a specific confidentiality agreement before the service begins. The company can also sign an additional NDA with the production team or the artist's manager, as the contract requires.
How does waiting during the show work?
The chauffeur stays with the vehicle at a location set by the production team, usually near the dressing room or in the event's logistics area. The idle-hour rate is agreed when booking the daily rate, and there is no surprise charge at the end of the operation.
Do you transport instruments and stage equipment?
Yes, in a dedicated cargo van separate from the passenger vehicle. We handle technical strapping and transport racks, monitor wedges, lighting consoles, instrument cases, lightweight stage sets and wardrobe, with cargo insurance and a schedule synced to the setup.
Is there support if something goes wrong mid-tour?
Yes. The central team operates 24 hours, 7 days a week throughout the contracted window. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, an unwell chauffeur or a last-minute itinerary change, we get an equivalent vehicle to the door within 40 minutes inside the Plano Piloto and within 90 minutes in the surrounding areas.
What's provided inside the car for the artist?
Standard: chilled water, soft drinks, fruit, neutral snacks, a charger for iPhone and Android, 4G Wi-Fi, zoned air conditioning and tinted windows. Any extra item (wine, specific food, personal audio equipment) is arranged in the brief with the road manager.
Do you serve a festival with several artists on the same day?
Yes. We've already operated festivals with parallel schedules of artist arrivals and departures, with a fleet sized for the event's peak and a dedicated account manager to coordinate the transfer queue alongside the festival's production team.
How is the booking made and what's the ideal lead time?
Bookings via the central team's WhatsApp, by direct contact with the account manager or by the production's email. The ideal is to book 7 to 15 days ahead for major shows, but we accommodate last-minute requests whenever a vehicle and chauffeur are available.
