Get in touchWhat types of cargo do you transport?
Urgent parcels, documents, commercial samples, electronics, IT equipment, works of art, musical instruments, sound and lighting equipment for events, office furniture and light residential moves. We do not handle live cargo, Class 1 hazardous materials (explosives) or cargo over 5 tonnes.
Is the cargo insured during transport?
Yes. Every cargo travels with an insurance policy against collision, fire, robbery, theft and damage. For cargo with a declared value above R$ 50,000, we issue a specific endorsement with extended coverage. We ask for the invoice or a valued description of the contents before pickup.
How does cargo tracking work?
At the moment of pickup we send a real-time tracking link via WhatsApp. You follow the vehicle's location on your phone, along with stops, average speed and estimated time of arrival. At the end, you receive a delivery photo with the time and the recipient's digital signature.
Do you issue invoices and CT-e?
Yes. We issue the Electronic Transport Bill (CT-e), MDF-e when applicable and a service invoice for companies. All documents are sent by email the same day as the operation, ready for accounting records.
Do you handle same-day urgent deliveries?
Yes. For pickups in the Plano Piloto, Águas Claras, Taguatinga and Lago Sul, we can dispatch within 60 minutes of order confirmation. For the DF's surrounding areas and cities in Goiás, the pickup window is up to 3 hours, depending on the route and fleet availability.
How is fragile cargo packaged?
We bring bubble wrap, padded blankets, protective edge guards, glassine paper for works of art and, when needed, custom wooden crates. We charge only for the material actually used, with the amount stated in the quote before the operation. Leftovers come back with us at no extra cost.
Do you handle an entire office move?
We handle light and medium moves, up to five tonnes total. That covers offices with up to 15 workstations, clinics, commercial rooms and home offices. For large corporate moves with servers, heavy furniture and multiple floors, we partner with a specialized carrier and coordinate the operation.
How does the quote work? Is there a minimum fee?
The quote is free and arrives within 30 minutes via WhatsApp. We calculate based on volume, weight, distance, cargo complexity and the desired time. We have a minimum fee starting at R$ 90 for deliveries within the Plano Piloto and offer a discount for fixed weekly or monthly route contracts.
