We work with monthly or annual contracts, company-to-company, with a clear scope: number of dedicated vehicles, schedules, planned routes, mileage allowance and a punctuality SLA. A fixed monthly amount with NF-e, no surprises. Overages (extra hours, off-route trips) are billed per the rate agreed in the contract.
What are the real savings compared to keeping an own fleet?

Do the chauffeurs have any ties to our company?
No. All chauffeurs are CLT employees of Roas Transfer. The contract is strictly company-to-company, with no employment, social security or subordination tie to your company. You receive a service NF-e, eliminating labor liability and the risk of an employment relationship being recognized.
Can you handle demand peaks or one-off events?
Yes. The base contract covers recurring operations, and we add vehicles on demand for conventions, training sessions, headquarters visits, product launches or audits. Activation within 4 hours for Brasília and the surrounding areas, with the same NF-e setup and account manager.
How do reports and budget defense work?
We deliver a monthly report with mileage, hours worked, passengers transported, routes run and allocation by cost center or department. The material is auditable and formatted to integrate with your management system, making budget review and contract renewal easier.
Do you serve outside Brasília or on interstate trips?
Yes. We operate throughout the Federal District and surrounding areas as a recurring operation, and we run interstate trips by appointment. For corporate clients with headquarters in other cities, we offer airport pickups, hotel-event-hotel transfers and multi-destination itineraries with the same team and contract.
And if a chauffeur isn't a good fit for the team or executives?
We replace them with no red tape. Each account has a primary chauffeur and a backup, and you can request a change at any time by notifying the account manager. Our premise is that the permanent chauffeur knows the routine and culture of the company served.
