Get in touchHow do I get a quote for executive transportation?
You send the pickup, destination, date, time and number of passengers. Within 30 minutes we come back with three options (sedan, SUV or armored) at a fixed, all-inclusive price, with no surprise fees at the end.
What's the minimum notice to book?
We recommend 24 hours. For emergencies, such as a flight moved up or a last-minute meeting, we respond in under 2 hours when a vehicle is available, without charging an unreasonable urgency fee.
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes. The entire fleet carries full insurance: APP (Personal Passenger Accident), third parties, property and moral damages. A current policy can be attached to the service order if your company requires it.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes, we issue an NF-e for every trip. Active executive transportation business registration, with ISS paid in Brasília. Reimbursement through your finance department happens without friction.
Can I sign a monthly executive chauffeur contract?
Yes. We offer monthly contracts for companies and executives with a busy schedule in Brasília: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, a dedicated schedule and a progressive volume discount.
How does payment work?
Pix, transfer, credit card (up to 12x) or a monthly corporate invoice with terms up to 30 days. Companies with a fixed contract pay via a consolidated invoice at month-end.
Does the chauffeur wait during my meeting?
Yes. Waiting time is included in executive transfers and daily rates. On hourly contracts, waiting is billed at the same rate as the ride, with no hidden multipliers.
Do you serve outside the DF?
Yes. The DF and surrounding areas (Goiânia, Anápolis, Luziânia), interstate trips on demand and tourist itineraries across the Central-West with a dedicated chauffeur for up to 800 km/day.
