Get in touchHow far in advance do I need to book my event's transportation?
For a small event with one or two vehicles, 7 days is enough. For weddings, conferences and events with a fleet of three or more vehicles, we recommend booking 30 to 45 days ahead to ensure availability, especially between September and December, peak event season in Brasília.
Do you run operations with several vehicles departing at the same time?
Yes, it's our standard for medium and large events. Each vehicle departs with a set time, a calculated route and a coordinated arrival point. The central team monitors them all in real time and adjusts if any falls behind due to traffic.
How does pricing work when the chauffeur has to wait during the event?
We work with a package by blocks of hours with waiting included. You book, for example, 8 straight hours with departure at 5 PM and a return by 1 AM, with no extra charge within that window. An additional hour is only charged if the event runs over, and the rate is agreed beforehand.
Do the chauffeurs wear a uniform? Can I choose the dress code?
Yes. Our standard is a black suit and tie for corporate events and weddings, and a Roas polo for concerts, activations and conventions. By prior arrangement, we adapt to your event's dress code.
Do you serve the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center and the Esplanada?
We serve them daily. We know the boarding, drop-off, access-control and accredited parking areas of practically every official event venue in the DF, including the CICB, Royal Tulip, Brasília Palace, Mané Garrincha and the Esplanada auditoriums.
How does the night return after the event work?
The vehicles remain parked at a location agreed with the production team, and the chauffeurs stay available until the last guest leaves. For weddings and parties that run into the early hours, we schedule specific chauffeurs for the night shift, with no improvised rotation.
Can I have a single vehicle dedicated to the speaker or official?
Yes. An exclusive sedan or SUV from arrival at the airport to the departure flight, with a chauffeur assigned to the guest throughout their stay in Brasília. It's the most-booked service for international speakers and officials.
Do you issue invoices and serve with a corporate contract?
Yes. We issue invoices for individuals and companies, serve via corporate contracts with monthly invoicing for recurring clients and provide a detailed trip report at the end of the event for expense reporting.
